Membership

  • We offer four membership options to choose from: Annual (unlimited), Individual, Family or Corporate where you select the plan that best suits your golfing needs. You select your monthly dues structure to include three, four or six rounds per month on Coal or China Creek (except for the unlimited plan).

Following are the Categories for our members:

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER

  • Permanent residents of India
  • Non Residents Indians(NRI)
  • Foreign nationals, residing in or visiting India i.e., expatriates

CORPORATE MEMBER

The Corporate Members shall be Companies incorporated in India or abroad, partnership firms or any other body incorporated under any national jurisdiction. Such Corporate Members may nominate their directors, partners or employees, as the case may be ("Corporate Nominee"), to use the facilities or the GBGC, subject to the Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations made in this regard. A Corporate Member may request for more than one nomination for a period of time and the fee as specified in the Fee Structure attached there under.

SUB CATEGORIES: {INDIVIDUAL & CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP}

  • GOLF MEMBERSHIP :
    • ALL SPORTS INCLUDING GOLF. This membership entitles the applicant to use all sports facilities including Golf course/Practice Range.
  • CLUB MEMBERSHIP:
    • ALL SPORTS EXCLUDING GOLF. This membership entitles the applicant to use all sports except for Golf and Golf Course/Practice Range.
    • A CLUB MEMBERSHIP can be switched to a GOLF MEMBERSHIP by paying the difference of applicable fee for the duration of his/her membership tenure on a pro-rata basis. However a GOLF MEMBERSHIP cannot be switched to a CLUB MEMBERSHIP.
  • ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:
    • Annual Individual Membership (Includes all facilities including golf)
    • Annual Family Membership (Includes all facilities including golf)

Note:

  • Over and above the Membership Fees, an annual subscription will also be applied for usage of the facilities (Refer current annual sport plan).
  • Corporates can subscribe for additional nominees after paying pro rata additional charges. Nominee change entails a fee of INR 2,000.
  • Interest free deposits will Be Returned On The Completion of 60 / 36 months from the date of receipt of each installment and not on completion of Membership.
  • Interest free deposits of Annual Membership will be returned on the completion of the 12 months from the Date of Receipt of Membership Payment.
  • All PDC's (Post dated Cheque) to be submitted along with The Membership Form.

Note:

  • ALL CHARGES ARE QUOTED IN INR. PAYMENT FOR THE SUBSCRIBED PLAN IS TO BE DONE UPFRONT.
  • As per our Membership Agreement Clause No. 16(b), Members who do not Subscribe for any Plan shall fall under category of Annual Sports Fee and shall be charged INR 6,000 for year Plus GST.
  • After opting ASF plan if Member/Dependant uses any facility of club will be charged on daily basis.
  • All Members will be billed a Monthly Subscription of INR 175 per month Plus Applicable GST.
  • Swimming gym & steam facility is inclusive in all plans except ASF plan.
  • Family Plans includes Member, Spouse & all Children below 24 Years.
  • Should a Member / Dependant wish to enroll in a Coaching Programme other then Golf, he / she must subscribe to the relevant Sports Plan.
  • All Plans are for a period from 01-April-2020 to 31-March-2021.
  • GST levied is as per Government Norms.
